Welcome to Soft Lunch. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms.

1. Pre-Loved Items

All items sold by Soft Lunch are pre-loved, vintage, or previously owned. Each piece is carefully inspected and photographed. As pre-loved items naturally show signs of age and wear, please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

2. Condition Rating: 1–5

All items are pre-owned and are rated based on their overall condition relative to typical 2nd-hand items.

5/5 – Excellent: Like new or barely used, with minimal to no visible signs of wear.

4/5 – Very Good: Light signs of use, but overall in very good condition.

3/5 – Good: Noticeable signs of use, such as minor scratches, stains, or general wear, but still in good overall condition.

2/5 – Fair: More noticeable wear, stains, scratches, or other imperfections. May show signs of previous repairs.

1/5 – Well Used: Heavy signs of wear, noticeable stains, damage, or repairs. Please review the photos carefully for details.

Any noticeable flaws, stains, repairs, or signs of wear will be described and/or shown in the product photos. Please feel free to contact us before purchasing if you need additional information or photos.

3. One-of-a-Kind Items

Most of our pieces are unique and available in only one quantity. Items are sold both online and in-store, and may be purchased by another customer at any time. There is no reservation or cart hold. The item goes to the customer whose payment is successfully completed first.

4. Payment

Orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and verified. We currently accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping

Orders will normally be shipped within 3–5 business days after payment has been confirmed. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

6. Product Information

We do our best to accurately describe the brand, size, material, condition, and measurements of each item. Please note that vintage sizing may differ from modern sizing, so we recommend checking the measurements provided rather than relying solely on the labelled size.
